  service was good beautiful space BUT I am so tired of paying for services and the credit card displays tipping at 18% and up It makes you feel awful if you want to leave 10% or 15% as the front desk person looks on. This is so annoying as the prices here are already high

  This was my first time visiting . I was hesitant of the end result because matching my color as to not make it too dark and getting the cut I want . My stylist Ali knocked it out of the park . I left smiling from ear to ear . Color and cut perfect. My hair bouncy . Kudos to Ali

  Ali is very good and very talented…. I am giving this a three star rating because if only he would stop trying to build his ticket with additional services not needed.… especially the first time. I felt very pressured. I felt very pressured to make my next appointment and then when I got home, I canceled. It’s hard enough to make the decision to come to the salon because the prices are very high… but it’s hard when you feel that someone is Pushing additional services. There are definitely Talented and Great hair people who work here… The prices are very much in line with Atlanta, Palm Beach, Chicago, etc.… The villages is not that Market, Nor is the vibe. Unfortunately, Jaylee salons have a reputation for being extremely Expensive but they do a great job, but they added pressure for Building. The ticket took away from a great service. I have to add whoever buys the accessories at the Magnolia Plaza store does a phenomenal job and the prices are very fair!

  I had 7 inches cut off. I wanted a bob that was choppy, edgy, sexy. I paid for master stylist because I wanted the best. I was not impressed at all. There was nothing special about the cut, just short hair, just like the 7 inches that I paid to cut off. I went back for a redo to cut shorter for a bob and edgy and it came out worse than the first time as bangs were also cut shorter and not blended in. I’m just going to grow it out. I’m tired of tipping at least the stylist even when the redo was no charge when I still can’t get something edgy. I’ll grow it out and out my own from here out, salon Jaylee level 4 stylist not worth it. Saying something again probably won’t make it better.
