  I was scheduled with Kristy(?) and after waiting a few minutes another stylist approached me and said that Kristy asked her if she would take me. It kind of caught me off guard so I didn’t know what to say other than yes; this stylist (don’t know her name) was okay; didn’t talk very much and didn’t really tell me what she was doing. I guess the whole experience was somewhat upsetting so not sure if I am upset with the cut or more upset about being asked to see a different stylist after I already researched and specifically selected Kristy. I think it was unprofessional. Kristy should have came to me and told me the situation and asked if I was comfortable seeing someone else. I hesitate now on going back.

  I’ve been going to Kristin for years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She does an amazing job with both color and highlights—everything always looks natural, fresh, and perfectly suited to me. She really listens to what I want while also giving great professional advice. Every time I leave her chair, I feel more confident and put together. It’s not just about the hair—she creates such a welcoming, comfortable experience every visit. I always look forward to my appointments with her. Highly recommend Kristin to anyone looking for someone talented, consistent, and genuinely caring!

  Don’t take it personal. This is just my honest review. My hair is only 3 fingers high and it told you I wanted to grow it out. I asked for it to be just tightened up and cleans up with a single die. You insist on low lights only on about 1/4 of my head. I walked out with the most expensive hair cut I ever had. 170 dollars and I think it’s also one of the worst hair cuts I ever had. Most Solons with have meaningless but friendly conversations with you. You had no conversation with me. My perception was that you charged me for as much as you could while you spent most of your time on your phone and figuring out how you could change my bill to get as much out of me as possible. Was not at all happy with this experience and will not be returning. Again just my honest opinion. The first picture was after my hair cut. The second picture was the day before. Tell me your thoughts if you tink I got screwed over.

  My wife and I have found a new home for our hair. Theresa got her hair colored cut and styled. I received a shampoo and cut (the shampoo alone was worth it I could've fallen asleep). Pam knows what she's doing. I have a feeling you can't go wrong with anyone in the shop. Theresa loves everything. Me too. Go get pampered!

  Susan did an excellent job with my cut and style. It was the first time she cut my hair other than the bangs once before, and it turned out perfectly. I found her to be very skilled, professional and informative. I trusted in her recommendations and am very pleased.
