It was absolutely beautiful. She also has a great personality and you can tell that she loves her job. I Would highly recommend her for any of her services. Everyone there was nice and friendly and made you feel special.

No product, no direction or insight from stylist. Stylist in the next chair was awesome with HER client, giving advice on hair care, product and styling at home.
- ADAndrew DeCreeDec 23, 20252.0Booked a lvl 3 stylist named Ali, he couldn't cut men's hair so I ended up having 2 stylists as he still applied the color treatment I requested (forced into 2 tips due to his incompetence). During this process the only time he spoke to me was to upsell me on products twice, going so far as to put them at the counter when I went to pay and rang them up to make me feel obligated to buy them. Aside from upselling, he literally walked away and left me alone in the chair while the color was sitting, not saying a word just being extremely dismissive. His color technique also was not good as I still have most of the grey I went in to get covered, he basically missed the middle parts entirely and really only the edges of my head look dyed. This guy needs re-training, or should not be at level 3 if he can't cut men's hair. I wasn't going to leave a review about this but Salon Kaylee emailed and asked for this, so here you go. This was my 2nd visit to this location because the first appointment I had was excellent, the woman last time was much more skilled while still being level 3.
