She did a great job. The prices are reasonable and they keep the shop super clean. I've found my go to salon.

The price went from a written quote on your business card of $79 to more than $379+, according to the stylist! What Bullshit!! Because of that, and similar tactics in the past, you have lost me as a returning customer! Goodbye!!

She told me it had expired….there was no expiration date on the text and should have been honored. I was scheduled for a partial highlight, cut, conditioner and blow dry….but after realizing this was a bait and switch I just had the partial highlights….no cut, blow dry or even a comb out. I left with wet hair and a very bad experience. I was told by Kristen that someone else had the same text offer the night before and she “discounted another way”. Bait and switch is illegal so beware folks! I will NEVER go back….oh and by the way it was $97 for this horrible experience…..
