  I am not one to complain but I am just appalled at the events that occurred today. I had a confirmed appointment booked with James Hearon at 5:00. I showed up 10 minutes early and waited for my scheduled appointment by his salon door, as requested. At 5:05 I reached out to him letting him know I was waiting. 20 minutes later he texts me that he has been unavailable all day. I was not given any notification or any information to save me from driving all the way over here. Never have I dealt with such unprofessionalism. The disregard for my time as a client is just rude and disrespectful. He will not be getting my business ever again.

  James Hearon is by far the worst hair stylist I’ve ever dealt with. Constantly moves appointments, horrible service, and one time he literally almost passed out while doing my hair from all his drug use the night before. DO NOT GO HERE.

  Meghan never fails to make my hair amazing. Cut,color, and style all have been consistently above expectations. Great fun and personalized care as well.

  I would have never known this place if I wasn't referred, they are sure great! They give you individual care and attention. It feels like a family atmosphere! When you go here, it's all about you and it's really classy! They even serve beverages, tea, coffee, water and soft drinks! The hairdressers are really good at all services. I really and truly know first hand what it feels like to be treated like Queen Elizabeth! The end results make you look and feel like a Queen! ✂️👑
