- DCDestini ClevelandApr 3, 20261.0I’m only leaving a one because you have to. The initial lady was very pleasant. My stylist, Ansaf, was unwelcoming from the very beginning. Soon as I sat down in her chair she says your hair is long, $80. My hair is in fact not that long. JCPenney hair salons have a reputation for upcharging African American women. I had no idea that is what my initial experience would be. I am extremely disappointed. No, I did not continue with services and will advise my peers and followers not to patronize this business.

She explained to me step by step what she was doing. She was very patient and happy. She showed me how to protect my hair at home that I have never seen any hairstylists do that to me. So definitely will come to here next time 😁. Thank you for treating me so well Queenie.
