  I’ve been to studs before getting new earrings and also getting a piercing that I got done somewhere else changed out for me, everyone was nice and everything went smoothly. I got pierced by them for the first time last weekend and to put it in prospective I had 11 piercings only on my ears before I got the two done there. The two piercings I got I already have one of them on my other ear so I already knew how it was supposed to go.. so I thought. My helix has been swollen so badly to the point where it took away the curve of my ear. It has been throbbing and I think it’s because they lady who peirced my ear didn’t put a long enough back to leave room for swelling and there is puss starting to come out of it because there is no room for it to breath move nothing. And mind u after she pieced my second hole that I wanted she immediately changed it out for a longer back after putting it in, so that hurt pretty badly but didn’t do the other one when to be honest they probably both needed it. My complaint come from the fact that there is no direct line to get in touch with the pricers there. I can’t just drive there because I don’t live close, but I can’t call them to ask questions on what to do because I’ve never had to deal with my ear being like this with the amount of holes that I do already have. I’ve put ice, sat my ear in warm salt water have taken ibuprofen and nothing has worked. So you’d think when you have issues like this to connect the people you got this done by but no there isn’t a direct line to talk to anyone real.

  My friend and I went in to get piercings and had the most amazing experience. Both employees we interacted with while being there were absolutely wonderful. Jessica was our piercer, she not only did an amazing job but made sure we were both taken care of and comfortable through the whole experience. There were so many options for jewelry to pick from, we took our time and made a trip out of going, but at the same time if we wanted to get in and out they were on top of everything and would have adjusted the experience accordingly. I will absolutely be coming back. (My helix was done for reference in this photo, this was taken about 4 hours after having the piercing done and already I had reduced redness and swelling)

  I’ve been purchasing online at studs for a while now and was super excited to learn they opened a location near me. It took me a while to do it but I finally got in to get a piercing and had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff with a very clean piercing room. My piercer Jessica was lovely and super friendly. I’m so happy with what I got done and I’ll be back!

  This is my second time getting pierced at STUDS and I love it once again. The staff was so kind and I felt comfortable immediately once stepping into the store. I got my thirds done yesterday! I love the way my ears are looking! Thanks girls! I think the price is steep for the jewelry, but you are paying for the best!

  Came in on a busy Friday night and they still managed to get me in and do 2 piercings. Jessica did mine, she was great and super kind. Overall great experience 😊
