  the staff of box very unpleasant and with little patience.poor service, I will not come back! I spent a lot and they didn't give a sample either.

  One employee’s behavior was enough to completely ruin what should have been a routine visit. The customer service I received was shockingly unprofessional—rude, dismissive, and entirely out of line. I’ve shopped at many Sephora locations across different cities, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was visiting family for the holidays and stopped into the Hyde Park location, and I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. It’s incredibly unfortunate that a single interaction left such a bad impression that I felt compelled to write this review. I really hope this individual was not part of management, representing sephora. That would be embarrassing and concerning for a brand of this caliber.

  As an avid and habitual Sephora shopper, I have not previously had a bad experience at this store until today. I was assisting a friend with her two small dogs. This location is purportedly dog friendly, but not the employee in question. A middle aged employee with blonde hair appeared to be following us throughout the store and kicked us out because one of the dogs knocked over a packaged item (make up wipes). This employee misrepresented the facts and alleged the dogs were “licking” all the products. No other employee or customer made a comment or warned us of this behavior, nor did we witness this type of behavior. I will be making my purchases elsewhere. I loved that this location was dog friendly but this employee has left a sour taste and now I have no plans to shop here again anytime soon. I would rather travel to a farther store or Ulta altogether.

  HUGE shout out to Jennifer who made me feel like a star ⭐✨ this week with her talent, professionalism, kindness and care. She knows her craft soooo well. I was racing to a live taping for a TV show in Tampa from another city and thanks to her, I felt calmer and more relaxed for the taping. I wanted a makeup 💄look that made me feel comfortable on camera while still safe in my body. She was amazing 🤩 and got my Mom inspired to get her makeup done too. Jennifer is a valueable gem 💎 in my eyes. Love her so much I'm hoping to utilize her makeup skills in the future.

  I had an appointment at 5:45PM with Jennifer. I was 15 min late and the makeup artist was not happy. She canceled me in the system and had an attitude to start. She only gave me 45 min of service and did not give me at all what I asked for. She would ask me questions and I would answer and she would then ask again. She was not actively listening. It was pretty but it was natural. I wanted glam. I tipped her and probably should've done less or none. I would not go back, I was not trying to be late. I was in the area when my appointment started looking for parking. I apologized for being late. Here's the thing she didn't call me, I was driving so I couldn't look up a phone number. She could've called after 5 or 10 min past my appointment to check on me but she did not. I ended up having to go to cvs to try to glam myself up, so ended up spending more money than I should have. 1st pic what I wanted, 2nd pic no makeup, 3rd pic what I got, 4th pic after attempting to fix it.
