  Typically, this is my favorite Sephora location to visit in Tampa, because it’s not usually super busy, it’s spread out, and the employees are always very sweet and helpful. Recently, I went in and had an experience that really upset me. I went in with my boyfriend to purchase something. We were ready to checkout, we were the only people in line, and we were waiting for someone to come to the register. Another customer sees us, cuts in front of us, and goes to the counter while an employee watches this interaction and goes to help them. I’d normally say something, but I didn’t say anything because I was honestly shocked and even more shocked that the employee didn’t say anything, even though they clearly saw what took place. We were sent to checkout at another station but the situation highly upset me. It really ruined my experience because it just left me with a really bad feeling and my boyfriend felt similarly.

  Jas is amazing! Had great product knowledge and helped with every question I had even though they were about to close! Also made suggestions I never even knew existed! Her inviting personality and bubbly spirit or what Make coming to stores better

  I would never thought I would make a review but, Alexis is a good staff member that made me and my girlfriend experience wonderful and fun. I don’t step foot to places like this normally but I will admit that being with the girlfriend and learning about skincare here as well from Alexis was really a pleasure to listen and try.

  Alexus took great care of us at the Sephora in Midtown Tampa. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. She was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to really listen to what we were looking for. Her recommendations were thoughtful and helpful, and she never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. What stood out most was her positive attitude and genuine kindness. She was patient, answered all of our questions, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. It felt like she truly cared about helping us rather than just making a sale. Because of Alexus, we’ll definitely come back to this specific store. Great customer service like this makes a big difference, and she’s a huge asset to the team.
