I went to Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus didn’t have that kind of act even they’re more Upscale and luxury. I guess if I shop at Sephora I have to wear expensive jewelry to be in. lol Sephora is not Hermes store. I rather shop at Nordstrom instead from now on.

- SSStaceyOct 24, 20251.0Sephora used to have the best return policy. They recently changed it so that you have to return within 30 days. Outside of that 30 day window you can’t even get a store credit apparently. You’re just stuck with crappy product that you don’t want or need. There’s nothing printed on the receipt that indicates the return policy has changed. They just direct you to go to the website to read the return policy. It’s shady business. Especially since their lenient return policy is part of the reason people like to shop with them and experiment with new makeup. Might need to take a break and start spending more money with Ulta instead. It’s really a shame because more and more companies are taking away the things that used to differentiate them from their competitors.
