    Love all the girls that work there especially the manager. They go above and beyond if I need help with anything extra. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this location. It’s my favorite Salon Centric.

    So this week on 9/15/2025 there is a sale for the andis t outliner for 36.00 i went to the store where this very not polite ms Isabela was so inclined not to assist me. I came in with the determination to by the t outliners and get the two and a foils that were also on sale, i asked miss Isabella about the sale.I told her that the Andis were on sale for $36.She said don't even carry andis. Since I know that I looked at the flyer.And I had a picture of the flyer.I asked her if she could look online.She was like I'm new here.I don't know how to do that.I was like okay well.Is there someone that you can call?Why is that attitude?What's the problem?The problem is is there's a sale and there's a certain amount of time that the sale is on for so I need to get when I came for. She asked me what the attitude was for and I explained to her.I know for a fact that they're on sale and that you carry them.And then her excuse was , i'm new here. Working in customer service where I know I have to sell product.I'm a hairdresser.I have to sell products so I walk this door and I'm looking on the product that they have available.I know what's on the shelf, you come to my store.I can tell you what we have on our shelves.I know where they're at.I know what product we carry.I know what particularly don't carry and then to make matters worse when they ring up the product that I came to purchase. That was supposed to be $36. I ended up paying almost $50 for because they didn't have it in the system correctly. And in order for me to get my credit back. I have to wait until after the sale finishes. According to the manger before, she will issue me a credit. That to me sounds like false advertisement especially when I have a picture of the saw that you verified the numbers you saw that it's exactly what it was. . . Like im very disappointed. This really didn't need to go to this extent. I mean, honestly.Where is the customer service?The young lady didn't even leave behind the register to come.Show me where the clippers were.She pointed to the clippers on the first aisle.I go there.There were no clippers on the first aisle .I had to go down to the second aisle and find them myself. Because according to her the store didn't carry them

    The girls that work here are so friendly and helpful. I go to this location probably once a week and they always have what I need and the store is always clean and organized.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
