  ( The Dolce Lounge salon & Spa) I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Diana for over 10 years now, and she is anything less but exceptional!♥️ I’ve battled androgenic alopecia since I was twenty one years old as well as chronic stress during these last few years. Anyone who has ever suffered hair loss/thinning understands it’s a very personal & emotional journey. Diana is the most charismatic, patient, professional woman, she truly has a heart of GOLD 💛 My most recent experience at her Salon & Spa was absolutely incredible! When walking into the Dolce lounge it’s truly an experience, I was offered a delicious vodka Pear elderflower cocktail or a Hot tea of my choosing, You can’t go wrong with either one -personally I had both! 🥰 Diana really took the time to discuss with me my concerns, struggles and ultimately my goals I have for my hair. I started off with an incredible scalp assessment where I could personally see my hair & scalp health, Diana personally discussed and walked me through everything. This was followed by an invigorating massage with a bore bristle brush, that stimulates circulation & hair growth. I completely fell asleep! Next we started my hair treatment and let me tell you the scalp massage in itself as well as the eloquent music playing as I relaxed in her heated chair & cozy weighted blanket was AMAZING! EVERYONE deserves this self care & time put aside for YOU. I also added a facial Spa service as apart of my treatment & my skin looks & feels so rejuvenated, soft, & hydrated. 10/10 recommend to treat yourself with both services!!☺️ if you’re in need of a mind, body, and spirit oasis you have to come see Diana at the Dolce lounge! ♥️ Thank you so much for making feel so special, pampered and loved. I truly needed this for myself💕

  My stylist Jenna Quagliana was extremely unprofessional by first forgetting an appointment all together and then canceling the appointment the day after for when she had rescheduled it for. She knew I was in town for a short amount of time, I showed up to my appointment and when I texted her from the lobby after driving 30 minutes in the morning, she responded saying she had completely forgotten about it and had already made plans for the day and would not be at work that day. She rescheduled it for the next day and then canceled it the morning of. People in other lines of work would lose their job for doing this. It’s extremely unprofessional for a hair stylist to do this and not have any consideration for other people’s time. I don’t care how good your work may be, if you can’t run your business well and remember basic things like making appointments, keeping them and showing up to work, then you shouldn’t own your own business or you should hire an assistance because this is the fastest way to lose a client. I had consistently tipped her very well at every appointment, over 20%, especially after the early stages of the pandemic since I had known salons were shut down and she did not have any loyalty or consideration in return to her loyal client.
