  I always feel so welcomed when I visit this Lush store. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. Trevor is especially great! He takes his time to teach us about the products, shows us his favorites, and tells us about the Lush parties and events. They make me curious to try new products and are always happy to offer testers so I can experience them before buying. Everyone who works there is awesome and sincere and the positive energy in the store really makes the whole experience enjoyable.

  I have been a long time Lush customer since discovering my first bath bomb decades ago. I've always been a self-care, bubble bath type of person, and Lush products just took it over the top. Lately I've been getting into other products in their line and enjoying the switch over to the cruelty-free and higher quality products they offer vs. other brands I'm trying to get away from. Anyway, I want to leave a review because of the *outstanding* service I received today at the International Plaza location! Everyone was so friendly from being greeted by the floor associates to being checked out and given extra help for the party I'm hosting; I'm doing a girls night slumber party and sending everyone home with specially curated self-care packages, and knew I wanted to get Lush products for them to try and enjoy. Long story short, The Lush employees were phenomenal at helping me select products that would be palatable for a group, gathering supplies so that everyone could have proper containers and labels for their samples (I bought bulk product that I could split between the sample pots, which are also recyclable!), and they even threw in some soap samples to try as a bonus! I cannot thank Lush enough for the kindness, sweetness and positive energy they radiate. I will definitely be back, and look forward to my friends enjoying their first Lush experience! 💖👍 P.S. Ironically, Lush can host their own parties! I'm including photos of their store display with info for anyone who wants Lush to plan their party with them. Looks pretty cool and an idea for next time! (Hello, DIY bath bomb!) 😊🌺

  Beatrice - thank you! She was the absolute kindest! She was so easy to talk to, and gave out wonderful recommendations! She was extremely insightful and also just a wonderful vibe to be around. I came in looking for a specific scent, and while it wasn't in stock (it was a seasonal), she pointed out wonderful alternatives! Thank you for being so caring, Beatrice =] (and thank you for wishing my friend a happy birthday!)
