- SGShelly GoodwinFeb 14, 20261.02/14/26-Cross Creek-New Tampa. Crying in my car. Took years to get my pixie to my chin. Asked for just a shape, not much off, takes forever to grow. Asked not to show my ears. Now my pixie is back. My bangs are very short and not even, all my ears are showing. My face is to fat and I look like a boy. Each side is a different lengths. So upset, can't stop crying and now years to grow it back out. As of 2/25 nothing done when contacting cs.

She (don't know her name) told us she wouldn't even do a simple fade cut for my kid and refused to use scissors, saying we should go to a barber shop for that. We showed her the pictures from their own gallery, but she simply refused. She did the haircut with just a trimmer—size 1 for the sides and size 5 for the top. That’s it. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. We were already in the middle of the haircut when we were told this, otherwise, we would have gone somewhere else. The service used to be great when they opened, but it’s not the same anymore.
