Then I realized she didn't speak good English. I explained over & over . . . a layered brush over in front & just a little trimming on sides & back. She seemed frustrated that I was standing close & watching. Once we got outside the door, it was falling right back in his face. Nothing looked at all different! And I paid $20 for what-NOTHING!! SO MAD!!!
- RCRyan CostantinoOct 3, 20251.0I’ve been going to this place for a few years but this is the third time I’ve gotten a horrible haircut: I confirm with the hair dresser that I want an inch off the top and she clearly confirms that I want only an inch off the top, but then proceeds to cut around 2.5 inches off the top and cuts the sides in a way where it looks as if my hair is thinning and makes it appear as if there is a steady incline towards the back of my head. Once I realize the damage done, it’s too late to salvage it – and I usually have to wait a few months until my hair is back to looking decent. Recently every time I leave there in shock and then once it’s processed, I proceed to cry for a few hours. It’s made me have anxiety and stress over getting a haircut because I know I will be getting a bad one. All three times I’ve gone recently, it’s been a different hair dresser and they all make the same mistakes despite me being very clear with my instructions and them confirming it to my liking but proceeding to almost do the inverse of what I specifically asked for. It stinks that I have to give a terrible review of this place because others – like Emily – are really good, but it’s luck of the draw whenever I go since they don’t make appointments. I will be searching for another place to get haircuts.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
