  Mia Ponce helped me find a present for my mom & some eyeshadow for myself. She was very helpful. I love this store, I always have great customer service and a pleasant experience. I will be back (of course).

  I love this store!! We came in to discover and all of the people there were warm and welcoming. They talked about the history of many of the products. We had so much fun smelling all of the different fragrances as well as learning the history about them. Joshua was especially helpful with our makeup and was beyond helpful. What a fantastic experience! The people who are there clearly care about the amazing products at Chanel and know what they are doing (and then some). I cannot wait to go back! Thank you!

  I had the most amazing experience at Chanel thanks to Jenny B. I walked in just 10 minutes before closing, looking down and out and worn out, but Jenny treated me with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She listened closely to my skincare concerns and gave me thoughtful advice along with personalized product recommendations. Her knowledge was impressive, and she explained everything clearly and without pressure. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a warm, welcoming attitude. Jenny delivered the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Chanel is lucky to have her!

  I don’t usually go out of my way to leave a review but I had to after my awesome experience this past weekend! Mia helped me in store Saturday pick out a makeup item I was looking for & I also had several questions about an upcoming drop! Mia answered all my questions in store and has been so helpful after getting me set up for a sunglasses order and getting a bag I have been looking for! She is so kind and helpful! I highly recommend this location & working with Mia!
