- NSNicole Stepp1 day ago1.0I visited this shop at the start of my chemotherapy, a time when I was incredibly vulnerable and admittedly uneducated about the "wig world." I trusted this shop to provide the professional guidance I needed to find a natural-looking solution, but didn't receive the guidance I needed. Instead, I walked away with a very expensive piece that I hate and have never been able to wear. The wig is a human hair wig (as told by the shop), but it looks incredibly artificial. It has way too much hair, which looks incredibly unnatural; it literally feels like I have a football helmet on my head.There is no lace front, and the hair quality is such that even a professional stylist couldn't make it look natural or hold a style. It is heartbreaking to spend that much money during such a stressful time only to end up with something that makes me feel worse. I purchased another wig at a different shop and was educated about all things wig. They guided me through the process and really helped me find something natural in such a vulnerable time of my life. I strongly urge anyone in a similar situation to shop around and get other opinions before buying from this shop.
