  I highly recommend this boutique. Mia is a fantastic advisor, she can match shades so well that it is simply amazing. Today I was convinced of this again and although I am sure that everyone who works there has a lot of experience with Chanel products, Mia is my favorite.

  I had the most amazing experience at Chanel thanks to Jenny B. I walked in just 10 minutes before closing, looking down and out and worn out, but Jenny treated me with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She listened closely to my skincare concerns and gave me thoughtful advice along with personalized product recommendations. Her knowledge was impressive, and she explained everything clearly and without pressure. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a warm, welcoming attitude. Jenny delivered the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Chanel is lucky to have her!

  I don’t usually go out of my way to leave a review but I had to after my awesome experience this past weekend! Mia helped me in store Saturday pick out a makeup item I was looking for & I also had several questions about an upcoming drop! Mia answered all my questions in store and has been so helpful after getting me set up for a sunglasses order and getting a bag I have been looking for! She is so kind and helpful! I highly recommend this location & working with Mia!
