  I wish there was an option to give zero stars. The worst experience ever i don't know the name of the lady who cut my hair and she was extremely rude I asked for a wolf cut and she started cutting all my hair off in big chunks and didn't evem layer it she sprayed me in the face with dry conditioner I don't know if it was intentional or on accident but my hair came out so uneven and she shopped my bangs off when I told her only take off half and inch and charged me 35 dollars for that right when I left I started crying so hard and she should be fired now I have to get my hair fixed and my bangs are ruined

  Victoria is literally the best hairstylist i’ve ever had! She helped me so much! I was going to get my haircut and was upset cause it’s always uneven, and the second I walked in she told me she was going to fix that for me! And the craziest part is that she didn’t even know I was upset about it! She’s the most honest and caring person i’ve ever met, and am so glad I met her! If you need your haircut, you need to get it from her. I swear I loved it so much I told her i’d go anywhere she’s at to get it done again!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Great Clips on Mahan Drive. The host stylist who attended to me was Cathy. Initially, everything seemed fine. I received my haircut, but afterward, I felt there was still more hair that needed trimming. I politely asked Cathy if she could cut a little more. She responded, “More?” I said yes, please. She agreed, but from that point onward, her attitude changed. She began cutting my hair very quickly and without any clear order. From the beginning of the appointment, I had also noticed that her hands were shaking while she was cutting my hair, which made me very uncomfortable and frightened. I was genuinely worried that she might accidentally cut something other than my hair. The situation became worse during billing. Cathy came to the counter and added the haircut charge. I informed her that I had a Great Card to use. She appeared unsure about how to apply it and pressed several buttons before saying she had found the correct option. She then asked me to pay, which I did. However, when I received the receipt, I noticed an extra charge. I asked her why there was an additional amount. She told me that I had received two haircuts and therefore had to pay twice. I was shocked and explained that I had only visited once. She said that because I requested her to trim a little more, it counted as a second haircut and I needed to pay again. At no point did she inform me beforehand that asking for additional trimming would be treated as a separate haircut. Throughout the discussion, Cathy was rude and arrogant, repeatedly insisting that since I “got two haircuts,” I had to pay for two. This was never explained in advance, and I felt misled and unfairly charged. This was the worst experience I have had at this location, and I hope this issue is taken seriously.
