She was extremely understanding, and empathetic without pitying. She helped me out with a color match and gave tips/advice on where to go from there. I had actually never been in a Sephora before (mainly ulta or sally beauty), but this experience with Amaya may have just turned me into a Sephora lady now. Thank you Amaya! (someone give her a raise/promotion!)
