- JKJuliana K2 days ago1.0Extremely upset with my hair cut from this location. I came in with very long hair and told her I wanted it to my mid back. I told her my hair had been in a braid beforehand and it’s best to get it wet before cutting to make it even. She didn’t listen and said she was going to “rough chop” it while dry, then get it wet. She immediately cut off way more than I asked when she did the rough chop. I knew she still had to clean it up while wet so it was already not what I asked for. When she finished, (leaving my head completely soaking wet…) I couldn’t get out of the chair faster. While checking out I told her this is way too short and I am not happy and she didn’t even apologize and just said she would void it. I left the salon crying. She literally cut off over 10 inches of my long hair and now I have a short style closer to a bob. Not happy. I literally never want that woman near my head with a pair of scissors again.

Came out with four inches off the bottom, despite specifically emphasizing I only want an inch off, the ends were uneven I had to cut it myself once I went home, and my bangs weren’t even touched until I reminded him and said they are uneven only then did he actually attempt to cut them.

In come 2 more people they check in and then when one of the 2 people who where working finished instead of calling me back she called back the person second to be called. I really think they should rethink the whole check in thing. What's the point of I get skipped. This is absolutely ridiculous.
