Their’s a black lady working on this place . And she is very rude . Very aggressive to my 3 years old son . She literally said no to my son . When I asked, “ why is she refusing to cut my son’s hair ? She replied that it’s a police if baby is moving then are not allowed to cut hair . Seriously I don’t understand, what kind of policy is this . That lady was very aggressive to my son and because that my son started crying. And she cut one side of my son’s heir . After that she refused to do that and literally told us to get out from the store. I didn’t argue with her but I asked her that why is she being so rude with us . And she replied that she is not rude with us . It’s the policy . The things is it is not the first time she did this to us ….. she is always being so rude and always giving us bad look . How can a person being so rude with a 3 years old toddler. The owner should have fired her from the store.

I have been Great Clips’s customer for years. One hairdresser I got from this branch is incompetent to meet the basic need.
My haircut is simple: 3 on sides and using scissors to shorten top to like two-fingers long. She rudely bumped my head with trimmer, tried twice but can’t get my hair on top even, which is already shorter than I asked. She informed me that she can’t get it even, because one side was already too short now to grab by hand. So she had to trim my top.
I was shocked and wordless when I heard “I can’t make it even”. It is like you went to a steakhouse, asked for medium rare, and was told by the chef that he was incompetent to make it medium rare when it already medium well. In that case, you can leave unhappily with money wasted.
In this case, I can’t leave my half medium well and half well done hair. But swallowing my anger and leaving with “well done” hair.
Plus, she made my hair thoroughly wet with water dropping to my face. It looks my tear, isn’t it?
