  Brooke is an absolute LIFE SAVER! I had my hair done somewhere else the day before coming in, and it was a complete disaster. I was so nervous to let anyone touch it again, but Brooke truly worked magic. Not only does my hair look incredible, it feels so healthy and soft too. I’m beyond grateful, and I will definitely be coming back!

  Booked here due to reputation and asked for a master stylist for blonde highlights with a root smudge. Brought detailed inspo photos (including photos of my own hair the last time it was done). Was there 4+ hours, wasn’t fully styled before checkout (hair was wet, minus the very front) and even had to point out a foil bleed near my ear that was patched. Once home and styled, the color was nothing like requested; very brassy/orange, no root smudge, harsh stripe lines, uneven trim. Paid $260 and now must pay another stylist to correct it. Tried repeatedly to reach the manager after being told I’d get a call back, but was told she was too busy to speak. Very disappointing experience. UPDATE: I sought evaluation at another licensed salon following this appointment. Multiple stylists advised that my hair showed signs of chemical over-processing from the original service performed by Sydney. This was not a matter of tone preference, but compromised hair integrity. This was my experience, and I hope it’s helpful for anyone considering similar services.

  Love love love Cabellos! My favorite salon in Tallahassee. They have giveaways all the time, and whenever I go in do a service they have an entire room with coffee drinks and little snacks. The staff is friendly and professional and I always leave feeling beautiful and refreshed. :-)

  If I could give 0 stars I would because what they charged vs what they did to my friends hair is ridiculous. Not only did they make color it uneven but leaving bleach on her neck when she left and then not helping her get it fixed, is a level of unprofessionalism no guest should have to deal with. (See Shay’s comment for more)

  i literally cannot recommend SYDNEY at cabello’s enough!!! From the moment I sat in their chair, I felt completely comfortable and confident I was in good hands. They really listened to what I wanted and gave honest, professional input that made the final result even better than I imagined. My hair turned out perfect, the color and styling were all flawless. On top of that, they’re so sweet, welcoming, and talented. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about your hair and delivers amazing results every time, this is your person.
