The decor is gorgeous with marble, and gold accents and the variety of welcome teas are a really nice touch. It pains me to give 2 stars for the Spa because if you’re spending $$ luxury treatment, the aim is to relax and unwind. Since the Spa is so close to construction, it would have been nice to provide that information prior to booking a treatment - I would have rescheduled to a later date or even a different location. Construction noise is not relaxing and throughout my treatment, I couldn’t feel zen or feel at peace even with my best efforts. It really overshadowed the whole experience! I provided this feedback to the front desk, provided my phone number, since the last thing I wanted to do was aggravate myself further when all I wanted to get out of the treatment was to relax.
