- TTTanya2 days ago1.0I went into Sephora to make a return and I was not aware of their 30 day policy which it doesn't state anywhere on the receipt. I was so excited because I live 2 hours away from the nearest stand alone Sephora and would finally be able to make my return. When I got to the register the cashier stated that she wouldn't be able to make the return or exchange due to the policy. I asked for a manager and she called a gentleman who came and was a little concerned but stated he couldn't do anything either. I then asked for the manager and he saw a lady walking by and she came over and stated the same thing. I know how it is working in retail and I just felt like no one wanted to help me in any way at all. I felt like I wasn't worth anything. No care or concern was given to me as a customer. The last lady gave me the customer service number after I asked and the person on the phone had more compassion for my situation than anyone in the store. The customer service representative did take my information and someone was suppose to get back to me but no one has yet. Honestly, I am so hurt over this but I guess this was meant to be because everytime I go in this store their are lots of employees but they don't really offer help. So its like the culture in that store.
