She also followed what I requested which is U-shaped and long layers. It's my first time in this salon, and I'll surely comeback again.

I knew my hair was damaged, so I expected to take some length off, but my hair was a little above my bottom and the stylist said she would cut it to the middle of my back or a little shorter. I agreed to that and specifically asked for long layers. The color didn’t turn out as expected, but I’m not upset about that since I know sometimes it takes time to reach a goal. What I am devastated about is the haircut itself. It is much shorter than what we discussed, and it is not at all a long-layered cut. She didn’t show me the back with a mirror so when I got home and noticed how choppy it was I instantly started tearing up. After spending $300, I am in shock at how my hair was cut. I will not be returning to any Hair Cuttery this was the final straw after previous bad experiences at other locations. I would post a picture but don’t see a option for that.also would like to note hair is now so short I can’t even have this corrected because I won’t go any shorter. I will post the cut to my google photo to show how choppy and not long layers this was. Want to add I went back. The manager tried her best to correct the haircut that the stylist made choppy and was super nice and very understanding. She did her best to make it all even. Thanks to Andrea the manager I will continue my future services with her.
