My brother is fully disabled and as such Lisa was great with him, the business was relatively easy to access. The intake person was just okay. Otherwise, my brother and I were both very satisfied with the service, and will return.

My 14-year-old grandson is on the autism spectrum, and haircuts are extremely challenging for him. He needs to choose the machine, sometimes asks to change the blade, gets up, walks out, comes back, says no, then yes — the process can be intense and unpredictable. Michele was incredibly patient, calm, and compassionate the entire time. She never rushed him, never showed frustration, and truly respected his pace. Because of her kindness and professionalism, we were actually able to complete the haircut — which is a huge accomplishment for our family. We are deeply grateful. Michele truly made a difference today

Friday, I stopped in at the local "Hairy Place" on Oakland Park Blvd., to pick up a Gift Card. Took forever ~~~ then made an appt for Saturday afternoon. My friend got her Gift Card and went Saturday Morning for a "Birthday Beauty Hair Appt." I went that same afternoon. To say we both look like "Two of the Three Stooges", would indicate we looked better than we actually did. AND, we paid for that "Special Look!" Neither hairdresser did their job. "The chop job" left us looking like a 5 year old had an attack of, "I want to be a hairdresser!" Neither of us will darken a Hair Cuttery door again. The place on Nob Hill is worse! AND, they charge something different, at will. I never leave a negative review, but it is TIME!
