  I went in today around 11am and when asked if my child will sit on his own or my lap. I replied he will sit in my lap. The lady at the register whose chair is the first on the left told me they do not do hair cuts for kids who sit on the lap. I told them I have come in 4 previous times, actually from his first haircut and all since then and he has always sat in my lay. And she was combative and rude and told me no they don’t do it there! So when I replied yes you do I have photos to prove it and the lady at the front left station has cute his hair twice and I have the pictures to prove it then she changed her story to well corporate doesn’t allow that any longer. If she would have approached me in a nice manner it would’ve have been so hurtful. The lack of customer appreciation or service is outstanding at this location. This unfortunately is not our first bad experience at this Stuart location! Yet we gave it another try today and that will be our last! If the owner wants any repeat customers they need to evaluate their employees. I nor any of my family will ever give this establishment any business moving forward!

  First time ever not a great experience, the lady smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and cut hair way shorter than I have ever had. Good thing this wasn’t my first time here. I will go back but not to her.

  Rude and lazy employees. Never again. Go somewhere where they appreciate your service. These people would rather hide out back smoking and playing on their phones. If u like a hot salon that has a bad smell with Rude employees whose hands smell like cigarettes then this is the place for you.

  I've had good and bad experiences here depending on the stylist. The last time I was here, Brenden did an amazing job, but not here anymore so I had to try someone new. The middle aged guy I got yesterday assured me that he had been doing hair for 20 years. I wanted a completely new style, going from butt length to shoulder length (about 8 inches). I showed him pictures of how I used to have it and thought I was pretty clear, but what I got was a simple straight haircut, no layers or styling. I could have done that at home.. I was surprised when he said he was done and when I said something, he asked me if I wanted layers. At that point I didn't trust that he knew what he was doing so I paid and left. Paid $25 and didn't even get a shampoo. Disappointed. Went back the next day and Nadia was kind enough to fix it for me.
