- SSSilpa SSep 7, 20251.0We went for haircuts for our two kids between 2 and 4 PM at the kanner Crossing location, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing due to the behavior of the two stylists working there. One of them began cutting my son’s hair but abruptly stopped midway after asking him if he was sick. He simply has a mild cold and a runny nose—nothing unusual for a child who attends school. Without confirming anything with us, she assumed he was sick based solely on what our five-year-old said and. She didn’t ask us a single question or try to clarify the situation. When we asked what was going on, she said, “He’s sick, I’m not doing the haircut,” and walked away, leaving him with an unfinished cut. When we expressed how inappropriate and rude that was, the second stylist jumped in and said that if we continued to argue, she would stop doing our daughter’s haircut as well. At that point, I told her we didn’t need her service either. Both stylists were unprofessional and lacked the patience and understanding needed to work with children. Kids don’t always express themselves clearly, and it’s unacceptable to make decisions based solely on their words without consulting the parents. Their behavior was rude, dismissive, and not suitable for a child-friendly service environment. They do not deserve to be in a role that requires care and professionalism.
