  Worst cut & blowout that I have ever experienced. The water to wash my hair was cold to start. The cut and blowout took over 2 hours and was absolutely horrible. The first picture is the END result of my 2 hour appointment. The second picture is how my hair usually looks after a blowout… After wasting 2 hours of time as a mom who does not get out to do things for myself often, I still had to go home and rewash and blowout my own hair. So disappointing.

  Went in for a haircut for my daughter and color/highlights and cut for myself and Mimi did a fantastic job on all of it! She's very detailed and it's 100% apparent she cares about the results. She took her time and made sure we were both happy with the results.

  Best salon!!!! I feel like everyone is very professional. Mike the owner made me feel very comfortable booking several appointments for our big party that wanted they hair done last minute.

  Approximately a year or so ago, this salon went under new ownership. The salon was excellent under previous management. New management has made many changes, driving customers away.

  DO NOT GO HERE. If I could leave 0 stars then I would. I’ve been to this salon before and had a great experience with one of their former stylists, Madison. I was shocked to find that almost all of their old stylists had been mass-fired, which is concerning on its own. I came in asking for a simple trim and face-framing layers. I was very clear with the receptionist that I needed an experienced stylist, as I have been growing my hair out for nearly 6 years. I walked in with long, healthy hair and left with almost 5 inches chopped off, unevenly and poorly cut. I could tell my stylist Mimi was clearly inexperienced from the start when she began brushing my wet 2b hair from the top, ripping the brush through with little to no product. I should have taken this as a sign, but I tried to have faith that these are professionals and they know what they’re doing. She then began to separate my hair in uneven sections and cut through large chunks like a child would cut up paper; zero vision, no attention to detail and obviously no proper training. It is almost like they pulled someone random off the street and told them to cut people’s hair. This should never have happened without supervision. This was not a miscommunication, it was a training and management failure. I am absolutely devastated, my long beautiful hair that was once down past my butt is now just past my shoulders. Hair takes years to grow, and there is no fixing what was done. This salon is clearly trying to cut corners and save some money by hiring new/inexperienced stylists. If you care about your hair at all, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
