Barber insisted it was a high fade and didnt agree with me. Said he wouldnt cut my son's hair and tried to pawn me off on 1 woman who was leaving for the day and another who had multiple clients in front of him. I ended up leaving. If the barber isnt confident in giving a basic childrens fade im not confident in being a client.

The lady who assisted me shaved almost half of my son’s head and only then asked if it was okay. By that time, the damage was already done. I would like to request that management ensure all employees are properly trained to listen carefully and confirm a client’s request before proceeding.
