Yet again we attempted to try the same location and of course the only person that we saw was the same lady that screwed up my son’s hair cut the last time but of course we had no choice because picture day was the following day! How am I supposed to style this so he can have decent pictures when she screwed up this badly?! How is this woman still cutting hair?!?! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! Was told I would receive a call from the owner of the salon in a “timely manner” today it’s been a week since my son’s haircut and still no call.

They tried to “keep my femininity” but obviously I didn’t ask for that, also, they kept cussing at me?? I had to get it fixed at Ulta (who did it better.)

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
