  Poor Communication and Disorganized Office I had a very frustrating experience with this office. I scheduled my appointment four weeks in advance and received a text confirmation, so I showed up early as planned—only to find the doors locked and no one there. I called and texted while I was outside but got no response. Even more disappointing, no one reached out to me afterward. I had to call the next day myself just to get an explanation. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told the physician was out—but then was also told that I “wasn’t on their schedule,” despite having a confirmed appointment. That level of disorganization is unacceptable. I drove 30 minutes to get there and left work two hours early, and there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right—no rescheduling priority, discount, or any consideration for my time. Things happen, but the lack of communication and professionalism here is extremely concerning. Based on this experience, I would not recommend.

  I chose Dr Fawzi Farha as he came highly recommended by my orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Fawzi Farha exceeded my expectations. A huge Thank You to Dr. Fawzi Farha for repairing my varicose veins, which reduced the swelling and pain. I’m now walking distances again without the fatigue, swelling and pain. The staff at One Vein Clinic were wonderful. They were always professional, polite and responsive. I needed 3 additional appointments and they accommodated my tight schedule. Extra shout out to Brenda for her kindness and easing my anxiety.

  I had high hopes for reducing pain and smelling of my legs plus feet. Since four months ago on doing two-three months of procedures on my both legs, they have gone back to more smelling and 24/7 pain in both legs. I have not seem inprovement they said would happen after three months. I take pain meds every day and fluid pills to reduce some of the smelling. If you think everyone has a sucess story at ONE VEIN CLINIC, you better think again!
