I have never EVER had such a bad time getting my hair done by someone. My family friend had suggested I go see Christine to get my highlight color fixed. I asked for my HAZELNUT highlight color on my entire head once again and yet Christine made me bright blonde which in the sun looks green. I had to pay $178 for this, might I add. This was 2 months ago because I had expected an apology by now but I still have not received one. She also said my hair would fall out if she did what I had asked her for and when I mentioned that I wasn’t comfortable she knocked the price up and I am beyond mad about it. She called me names under her breath, talked badly about me to her coworkers and not only did she mutter things about me to her other clients but also made fun of me and said AND I quote “I didn’t realize that I had to blow out her hair” when I had booked with her for a hair color as well as a blowout style, meaning she had to dry and blow out my hair. She was beyond rude. I will NEVER EVER EVER come back here again.

Went in for a root touch up, cut and extension blending. Walked out with grayish orange roots. The hair cut I asked for looks nothing like it should. Paid to have extensions cut as well blended into hair, $400 extensions are completely botched. Sat in chair for four hours.

If ever there was a time to leave zeros, this would be the time. I was not a client here but my wife was. Whoever “cut” (using the term loosely) her hair should have her license revoked. Not at all what she asked for. She asked for a trim and was given a shaggy mullet that isn’t symmetrical no matter how she tries to style it. Sent my wife on her way with soaking wet hair without even as much as an attempt to dry it. Will also be filing a complaint with the Fl Board of Cosmetology.

Tried to get a haircut here today. Told the lady in x chair was just finishing up a cut and she would be right with me. I looked over and she was just brushing off the customer's neck and I thought, okay, she is almost done. 10 minutes later of chit-chat and he was out of the chair and up to the register. 5 minutes at the register of small talk and scheduling and he was out the door. There was no acknowledgement like "I'll be right with you" or any of the such. She proceeded back to her station to clean up, no problem. Still no acknowledgement of me. Five minutes later of watching her rearrange her workspace and I was out. I am not sure what her method is, but just a bit of acknowledgement would have gone a long way....BTW, After I sat down, another stylist brought a young boy back (who was there before me). But she was done with this kids entire cut by the time I gave up.
