First visit to this salon. I had Christine C as my stylist. She was very good at choosing a color for my hair and did a beautiful cut! I will e back!

I scheduled and confirmed a 9:00 AM appointment in advance for a cut & balayage. I arrived early, but the salon opened five minutes late. The first client ahead of me was informed that her stylist would not be coming in and that they believed she had been notified. She clarified that she had not been informed and declined the next available appointment at 10:30 AM.
When it was my turn, I was told that my stylist was not there yet but would be arriving shortly. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, I was informed that my stylist, Alyssa, had experienced a family emergency and was driving back from Gainesville. I was offered the option to see a different stylist, Monica, for my balayage appointment or to reschedule for 10:20 AM. I chose to reschedule and returned at 10:18 AM.
Upon my return, I was again told that my stylist had not yet arrived and that they would check on her status. At 10:25 AM, I was asked to give her a few more minutes. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, the front desk called Alyssa and then informed me she would arrive by 11:00 AM. I decided to continue waiting, and they assured me they would adjust her schedule so my appointment would not feel rushed.
By 11:20 AM, Alyssa had still not arrived. At that point, staff members were discussing sending her home if she did come in due to repeatedly missing her stated arrival times. I was offered another stylist and reassured she was capable of performing a balayage, as she had done her own daughter’s hair. However, when Monica approached, she declined the appointment, stating she was not experienced with balayage services.
After nearly two and a half hours at the salon, the only remaining option offered was a 1:30 PM appointment with another stylist. Given the amount of time already spent waiting, I declined and left.
I understand that emergencies happen, but the lack of communication, organization, and preparedness was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the overall customer service experience did not meet expectations.

My daughter had an appointment with a stylist I personally have had my haircut by before. It was scheduled for 11am. When she arrived the stylist was not there and she had to wait for 3 people in front of her to see another stylist. First why were we not told the stylist wasn't in when we have to confirm the appointment via email and text message? Then made to wait for another stylist. My family and I will no longer be going to this place for hair cuts.

My hair stylist was high. Her pupils were dilated and her speech was slurred. Her mobility also seemed to be affected. I feel like it affected her ability to even understand or be able to communicate with me about what I wanted.
