While the oloplex treatment made it shiny it only lasted 3 washes. While calling the salon manager Samantha Baker she refused a refund to me only offering to "show me how to style it by coming in again" or fixing the cut! I already had too much cut off and wouldnt trust they would do right by me since they wouldn't even offer a refund I asked for. Sad ...
