- CIChristopher Iser4 days ago1.0I have going to this great clips sine morning here and they do an ok job when they dont get it right I don't complain but this time they didn't cut enough even though I get the same cut every time so this time after the cut I wasn't able to go right back in. work and life hit hard so it was just over 7 days that had passed and when I had time to get back they informed me theres nothing they. An do but charge me for another cut and that isn't right after all the other bad cuts that I didn't ask them to fix but this 1 time so I won't go back here ever again I am done with them it was a total dismissal now I am an autoteck if 1 ofy customers came back in I would not have discussed there issue small or large and would have done my best to fix/help them out just saying that when you deal with the public and thats who uou make your paycheck off of you need to bea little more flexible so they just lost a client over 5 min or less

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
