Didn’t think much of it because she had cut my hair a few times over the past few years. Told her how I wanted my haircut even using my hand to show preferred height of fade… was ignored evidently and given a Very high military style high and tight hair cut because “that’s what the notes say”!? I look ridiculous , my wife could have done better, my hair is uneven, there is no fade, not even close to my normal hair style I asked for. The fact I was charged $21 for this haircut is Obsurd, she knew I wasn’t happy and should have not charged me for her screw up. I’m really upset, have some big things coming up the next few days and I look horrible. You lost a long term & loyal customer today.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
