  Always a pleasure to go to Hair Cuttery. Danielle has been my stylist for over 5 years now and I will not let anyone else touch my hair. Danielle is always professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to see. Always a welcoming smile and great conversation while making my hair absolute perfection. I have been dealing with hair loss issues due to a medical condition and Danielle has recommended products to help as well. We are noticing new healthy growth which keeps improving every time. Danielle is amazing with her skills and knowledge, always answers my questions and is so very patient. Also the salon is always very clean and just such a welcoming environment. Every service is discussed in detail and confirmed before anything is done. Have always had a positive experience with not only service but product recommendations as well.

  Brenda super nice but I brought what my last hairdresser used in NY. I specifically told her I hate the red undertones and all I see is red now. She said they did not carry Matrix which is fine but I gave her specifics of what color they used. It is hair and I will have to wait to get it darker but besides that she was extremely friendly and nice. In the long run my greys are gone now to get the natural dark brown I am.

  I have been to this location before but it’s been more than a couple years. This is long, so bear with me. I made an appointment on the app for a simple root touch up. My hair doesn’t go past my shoulders and it’s a single color, no highlights. My last color was right before Halloween. I do not have a lot of regrowth or overgrowth. I received a Hair Cuttery ad on Facebook for a holiday color discount. I called well before my evening appointment, in early afternoon, to confirm the ad was good and I could use it. Katie answered the phone and had no knowledge of it and no desire to research it or be helpful. She seemed annoyed and inconvenienced by my call, just said we’ll have to see it when you come in. So I had a bad feeling already. I arrived for my appointment and the salon was completely empty. The stylist came out and we started the consultation. I mentioned the discount and showed her the screenshot of the ad with the code. She seemed really confused by it. She took my phone back to manager, Katie, who was in the back, (never appeared nor came out to help her employee). She came back out and then went to the computer. All the while still unsure what to do & how to apply the discount. Finally She gave me a price, which was the same price I was given on the app without any discount. I questioned this, she advised the price was for color and gloss. The gloss is extra. I said I don’t want gloss, gloss wasn’t mentioned in services on the app. She said she could do it without gloss but it wouldn’t be blended and would look bad. About 15 mins had passed by this time and I was over all this. I said I could wait on it and I left. When I was backing out to leave, Katie finally appeared! I saw her come out to talk with the stylist. The stylist was nice but clueless. This scenario was made way more complicated than it to be and was handled poorly by 2 people. Fast forward, I called the Largo location, spoke to Mary Beth, who was happy to help me, confirmed the discount code, the price, and got me an appointment for tomorrow.

  I love the Hair Cuttery! Everybody is so friendly and so accommodating. I personally go to Katie who does a fabulous job on my hair. I get purple highlights and crazy stuff and my hair always looks great when I leave the salon thanks to Katie. I even missed an appointment and Katie called me and was able to still see me even though I was late! Katie is so special that even her colleagues, like Brenda greet me with a big welcoming smile every single time I come here. 😊💕
