- BGBarry Gorniak6 days ago2.0Every time I come to the salon, the online check-in time is never the same as the Actual time I checked in online and was number four and had five Minute waiting time so I left the parking lot and go inside. I Tell them I’m here. I’m still number four but now I have 12 minutes waiting time. I sit for 15 minutes. Now, I’m number one on the list and I wait another “18 “ minutes in the number one spot !!! so I didn’t have five minutes to my appointment time. sit in the chair. I waited over 35 minutes. From my check in! Every time I come to the salon, there’s a problem with the time and the waiting time. why is that? Why is it not accurate? There’s girls just standing around while I’m sitting waiting to be called on in the number one spot. Something’s wrong here

We are sad we have to leave Sebring in a few days and have to leave them behind. Also, we were unfamiliar with a coupon received on Instagram and they found a legitimate way to make it work, and I learned something for the future. We appreciate both of these ladies.

I used the online app to check in so I was already on the long list of people there to get their hair cut also. I briefly explained my concerns about my curly hair and was quickly put at ease when told the years of experience the stylists have. Once it as my turn I was pleasantly surprised that my stylist Megan had just as curly hair as me. She took time to read the notes from my previous stylist at another Great Clips. We had a short but detailed conversation on what I wanted. I am very happy with how my haircut turned out. I look forward to returning for further haircuts. Thank you Megan for your professional and personal experience.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
