He showed her a reference photo of a cut he wanted to try out before our wedding. It was buzzed on the sides and full at the top (enough to style with holding cream). SHE MADE HIM BALD. She was texting her ex the entire time during the appointment, belittled his questions and choice of style, and then shaved a giant chuck on the top middle. She made consistent comments about "im sure you'll never come back after this" as she CONTINUED TO SHAVE HIM. And she still charged him. She is purposely driving away clients because she's pissed off at men and doesn't want to do her job. The manager said he had to come back inside for them to see if he "fit the criteria" for a refund. He's so embarrassed about his hair he didn't even want to go back in. So she got paid to essentially not give a crap. She would stop mid haircut to text back an ex she's arguing with instead of paying attention to the PAYING CLIENT. He takes pride in his appearance and is a very sweet and kind person. But now he's so embarrassed, he just wants to stay home and wear beanies until it grows out. This woman should be fired. Im filing a complaint with corporate and the board of cosmetology. What if this had been our wedding day? Those photos would be a constant reminder of the time someone RUINED his hair. This was his birthday haircut and it felt like more of a punishment for choosing Great Clips as his stylist. And to answer "emmies" question on if he "thought his fiance would be pissed".... read this review and you tell me the answer, sweetie. I hope you get fired so nobody has to suffer at your terrible hands again. Wouldn't even let her cut my dogs hair.
