Hairstyle was supposed to be 3 inches long in back to flip up and short on top. She began but cutting the sides by my ears about a half inch long which sticks straight out. So I stopped her to readdress the cut I wanted. She looked over at her co worker and rolled her eyes. I told her my hair was curly which she shin made a face like I was crazy. All said and done the hair in the back of my head is 1/2 inch long. She then got clippers to SHAVE my neck!!!!! I have never had my neck shaved! Nothing like the picture. I am mortified! It will take a good long time to grow out to the cut I even wanted. Her name was Phreda. DONT GO NEAR HER!
