- GGgailMar 29, 20262.0Never again. I have been getting cuts here for 4 years. Everytime I go, there is a different stylist, which is ok. Got a cut today, told her you are getting a little short in the back, she said she had a plan, plan must have been to close her eyes during my cut. She cuts the side of my hair ABOVE my earlobes, though the pic I showed her had hair below ear level, with 1 side just short of chin length. I told her whatever you do dont cut it any shorter, but it was already too late, a trim would have done the whole style, but she instead cut 9 months of growth off in 10 minutes, when it took her 25 minutes to cut a guy's hair in front of me. If a customer tells you you're cutting too short, cut it longer, you can always correct it at the end. She needs to learn this. She desperately needs glasses. The same thing happened last year, & I didnt learn my lesson, but today was the last time.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
