- TSTiffiany SmithFeb 18, 20261.0I've taken my 9 year old son to this great clips in the past and never had any problems but today was a different story and after what I experienced I will never go back. The lady who cut my child's hair left multiple scratches at the base of his neck. Not just a knick there was at least 8-10 scratches where she hit his neck multiple times with her clippers. He told my husband and I she said she was sorry but it stung and was bothering him afterwards. They did refund my money but what was even additionally disturbing was the manager tried to excuse the incident as just a dull blade on the clippers. Why would you not switch to a new clipper and stop injuring my child!? Also the hair cut was awful as well. No more Great Clips for us!

Reading some reviews I think some customers just have to complain. Regarding the quality of the cutting, yes sometimes it’s too short but you know some it grows back. Next time people need to speak up and let the tech know exactly what you are looking for. I travel 20 mins to this location as I do find it is the best in the area, coming here for 5 years. Great job Great Clips!
