  I had an extremely upsetting and disappointing experience at Sephora. I came in hoping to get some basic help since I don’t wear much makeup and genuinely needed guidance on what products to buy. Instead of feeling welcomed, I left feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and honestly shocked by how I was treated. The two staff members, Medina and Maria, were incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Rather than offering simple assistance, they immediately pushed for a paid session just to help me figure out basic makeup products. As someone who was already unsure and just looking for guidance, this felt inappropriate and unprofessional. What made the situation even worse was how they treated my friend who was with me. She had just been in a car accident and was wearing a cast on her knee. She simply asked to sit at one of the stations for a moment, and they refused to let her. There was absolutely no empathy or basic human decency shown, which was honestly shocking. Customer service should be about making people feel comfortable, especially when they clearly need help. Instead, this experience felt cold, transactional, and unwelcoming. Because of this, I left the store without buying anything and with a very negative impression. This was not just poor service—it completely ruined what should have been a simple and pleasant shopping experience.

  I had the best time shopping at Sephora with Mika and Mira. I spent almost 8 hours in the store shopping for foundations, concealers, blushes and oh so many more. Mika guided me throughout the store, so I could find the best foundation, concealer and blushes that fit my needs and matched my skin. Mira also showed me some really great hidden gem concealers that I absolutely loved. Both women were incredibly kind to me and patient. It was so much fun learning about makeup and finding what works best for me. I’ll always be grateful to Mika and Mira for working with me towards the ultimate beauty goal - buying makeup that fits you. I learned so much from them and dabbled in many good brands. I have never felt so confident with a purchase in my life. Everything I bought are makeup products I love on my skin and I’m happy with. This is the best Vanity day ever and I love this Sephora. The people are truly there to help you and happily get you where you want to be. Great personalities and leadership. I love it!! Happy Sephora Spending!!

  I walked into Sephora with a mixture of emotions as a man outside my comfort zone. Boy, was I wrong to worry! Taylor was phenomenally accommodating and directed me exactly to the products I needed. She was also so funny and personable. I’m excited to hydrate and plump. I recommend that more guys try to take better care of their skin cause their partners deserve princes, not bridge trolls!

  Ivanna T was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend her 1000 times over for a glam makeup session. She knew exactly what I was looking for and made me feel so comfortable. My favorite look I’ve ever had. Thank you so much for your outstanding service!
