  Pretty disappointed with my experience! I came in for a simple jewelry change of a helix (cartilage) piercing. During the entire appointment, it was a little off-putting because the nurse didn’t seem to have much confidence in changing a piercing for some reason! These were her words not mine. I should have called it at that point, but I don’t know why I didn’t. I paid ~$120 for my jewelry, for it to fall out the NEXT day! Super disappointing and I won’t be returning.

  Do not go here if somebody is training ! My friend got her 3rds and Cartilage done last week, 2 days later her ear was so swollen. For the last few days it has been leaking puss and so swollen the earring is embedded into her ear. 2nd time at quick care trying to get the earring out, on antibiotics to get rid of infection. The girl training did not sterilize the piercing before doing so, she was so rushed by her trainer which made herself more nervous about placing the “ right spot” . Which then caused her to completely miss a big step of sterilization. This is so unacceptable causing weeks of pain, infection and bills all because the trainer didn’t catch a HUGE step.. Shame on this place and shame on whoever Skyla was getting trained by.

  Stephanie was absolutely amazing when piercing our five-year-old daughter’s ears! From the moment we walked in, she was so patient, kind, and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything in a way that made our daughter feel comfortable and brave, which meant so much to us as parents. The piercing itself was quick, gentle, and very professional. Stephanie made the whole experience positive and memorable, and our daughter left feeling so proud and excited about her new earrings. If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, calm, and wonderful with kids, I highly recommend Stephanie. Thank you for making our daughter’s first ear-piercing experience so special!

  Skyla was amazing for our upper lobe piercing! She was incredibly professional while still keeping things light and relaxed, which really helped calm nerves. She walked us through everything, made sure my daughter was comfortable, and kept a positive, friendly vibe the whole time. The piercing itself was quick and precise, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. I’d definitely go back to Skyla again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great experience!

  I made an appointment for 5:30 PM and drove 30 minutes to this place because of the great reviews. When I arrived, the receptionist told me I would have to wait about an hour because they were “packed.” There was no one else there, but I understood and agreed to wait. She said she would call me when it was my turn. I waited for an hour and heard nothing. I ended up calling them *MYSELF*, only to be told I would need to wait another hour because there were four people ahead of me. This made no sense, especially since I had MADE AN APPOINMENT online. Despite this, I decided to keep waiting. It’s now 8:15 PM, they close at 8…and I never received a call, text, or any kind of update. I drove all that way for nothing, with no explanation or accountability. This place clearly does not value its customers’ time. If you plan on going, make sure to call ahead and confirm they will actually see you. I waited *three hours* for nothing. What a disappointment I was really looking forward to this, and I left extremely frustrated.
