What I got, was an uneven cut that is shorter (above chin in front) and correct length in back( with jagged ends and longer clumps). The woman had an earbud in the entire time, kept going to her phone to look at it and said maybe 10 words to me the entire time I sat in the chair. I could have done a better job cutting it myself!
