Definitely get there early to plan for parking (free in the garage next door) and begin your relaxation. Once you step into that amazing robe, sit down in their waiting room with your beverage of choice - I had a mimosa waiting for me, and wait for your therapist. Randi was exceptional! Also, make sure you have time for the Salt Sauna. For facials they recommend before so you don't sweat off the products and for massages, after. There is a full shower room if needed after your treatments. I will definitely be back :)

The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, with beautiful Himalayan salt saunas in both the men’s and women’s bathrooms, very soft robes, and a great relaxation space with snacks and calming music. Also, parking was easy, which I don’t say often in Sarasota. We arrived at the recommended 30 minutes early and loved having time to enjoy a mimosa and unwind before our appointments. Our massage therapists, Brian and Peter, were excellent and delivered exactly the deep tissue work we were hoping for. Everything felt thoughtful, peaceful, and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

She was communicative about the what I should use for my skin. Everything about the experience was so lovely and relaxing. Perfect for a refreshing relaxing and thoughtful afternoon. Woodhouse creates so many intentional moments from the arrival to tour inside and the guide to the relaxation room after your service is done. Totally recommend! Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Policy for Minors
So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Ages 13-17
• The Parent/Legal Guardian must be present in the treatment room to observe for the entire duration of the service.
• The Parent/Legal Guardian may not receive a service at the same time in order to oversee the minor's service.
• The Parent/Legal Guardian must complete and sign the minor's Intake Form.
• For Massage Treatments, the minor must be scheduled with a service provider of the same sex.
Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for underage guests. We do not offer services for minors aged 12 and under. For a list of services offered to minors, please contact our Spa Concierge at (941) 389-1999.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards. The Woodhouse Spa gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and The Woodhouse Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In keeping with The Woodhouse Vision, purity and quality are essential elements in our skin and body care products. In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
