Ivanna T was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend her 1000 times over for a glam makeup session. She knew exactly what I was looking for and made me feel so comfortable. My favorite look I’ve ever had. Thank you so much for your outstanding service!

I truly appreciated my visit to this Sephora location. The store was beautifully maintained, tidy, and abundantly stocked with the latest products, which made browsing a pleasure. The team was warm, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable, making my shopping experience comfortable and enjoyable. It’s evident that the manager strives to create a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and staff. I look forward to returning and experiencing their kindness again.

I absolutely love this Sephora location! The manager and entire staff are incredible, every visit, they’re so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. You can tell they truly care about their customers and know their products inside and out.
The store is always spotless, well-organized, and beautifully stocked, which makes shopping such a pleasant experience, so much better than other locations I’ve visited. Whether I’m looking for skincare advice or a new makeup favorite, the team always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy.
Huge thanks to the manager and team for creating such a welcoming and professional environment every single time!

The customer service , management and store staff are all very unfriendly and are not knowledgeable as far as the merchandise they sell and act as if you’re bothering them but here’s one even better. I buy a lot of things online and sometimes I need to return them so I go to make a return in the store and their front door bottom kick plate is hanging by a thread and slashes all four of my toes destroys my new pedicure that I had gotten two days prior. They made me sit around for two hours telling me they were writing an incident report A manager did bring me a tissue to wipe the blood from my toes and a first aid kit after it took her 30 minutes to find it. I had somewhere to be and kept asking after two hours Where is the manager? Where is this incident report? They bring me a useless bag of samples I can’t use I don’t know if they thought that was gonna suffice for four of my toes being cut wide open and a freshly $50 pedicure destroyed. I was told that I would hear from someone within 72 hours. I didn’t so I followed up with a phone call to the corporate number after a week went by, I was told this would be escalated and brought to a manager’s attention and that I would receive a phone call three weeks have went by and I haven’t heard from anybody so tonight I decided to call the store I asked for a member of management she got on the phone. I reminded her that this call was being recorded and asked her what was going on with my case, she acted as if I was bothering her and kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell her what happened rudely stating I know what happened in the store and you’ll need to take that up with customer service. It’s not like I can just give you money out of the cash register. First of all I didn’t ask you to give me any money. I asked you simply what was going on with my incident report she said you’ll need to call customer service that’s not my problem. No, it is your problem. It happened in your store and a member of your management should be contacting me. I then threatened her with filing suit. She told me to have a nice day and hung up the phone on me. I called back. I knew it was her that answered the phone because I wanted her name this time so I could report her to not only her district manager, but to the supervisors the higher-ups at Sephora when I call them and play them the recorded phone calls and show them the pictures of my toe and their doors. She told me she’s not obligated to give me her name so I said OK. Well, I’ll just come to the store and get it then, she said well I guess I need to call the cops on you. I said call the cops for what? you’re threatening me. I’m not threatening you and remember this call is being recorded. I’m simply asking you for your name, you can give it to me by phone or I could come to the store and get it. That’s not a threat. I’m not coming there to steal or to harm anybody. I’m simply coming to get your name because you deserve to be reported to the higher-ups for your poor attitude and for your store’s lack of commitment on my injury I am now pulling up to the store to get her name. I’m in store and they are refusing to help me or give me any information and told me they were instructed not to talk to me, so I called the corporate number while I’m in store in front of the manager and employees as they are laughing at me the guy on the phone was recording the phone call and could hear them laughing. He again is escalating the phone call to management when I hung up with him. I spoke to the store manager on the store phone. She was the lady that actually gave me the first aid supplies and told me that I’m interrupting her store and causing harm to her four month pregnant employee I was hurt in your store and it’s been 3 weeks at my cost all I want to know is who to submit my doctor bills too and I’m being treated w/ disrespect and ignored as if I asked for this to happen as it’s been a financial cost to me and added stress to keep ontop of the store:company for negligence. My shoe was broken too. Seeking legal advice
