  Great product selection. Always busy store. Not the most helpful or friendly staff. A rep named Megan who is there is absolutely phenomenal and sold me EVERYTHING I needed. I go back because of her.

  Awesome experience at Sephora today !!! I was definitely lost in the perfume section and Tammy was super helpful and kind (: Great location and very clean!!

  I've been to the Ulta at UTC 3 days now and the gals there have been so helpful with my horrible needy skin of which I recently discovered. I'm allergic to almost everything in skin care now. I'm still trying to find a moisturizer that's safe for me but I have to give a shout out for Kaitlyn, Amy, and Desiree who were just immensely helpful. Caitlin got me started with it foundation which seems to be a success. Amy helped me with some tips for skin care with redness and makeup application and Desiree and I discussed an upcoming photo shoot for which I need all new makeup products that I won't be allergic to and we managed to find everything I need except maybe eye shadow which was kind of a lower priority. I still have time for that. Worse comes to worse I can use my cheap Maybelline that is somehow not reactive. I can only compare this to my experience at Sephora across the street in which the one representative couldn't speak English or understand what my needs were. And the esthetician makeup artist was not a good fit. Was pretty aggressive about trying to get me to sign up for services when I just wanted a basic foundation and the overall atmosphere was not as welcoming. My only complaint with Ulta is the website wasn't working during the recent sale. I tried for 3 hours to apply my check out but that's no reflection on the store and I have nothing but good things to say about this store!

  As with most Sephora's, employees aren’t kind. They don’t seem to approach individuals who aren’t wearing a face full of makeup. I walked by every employee and no one acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. When I do get help, the employee seems to have 0 interest in assisting. I switched to Ulta years ago, but sometimes Sephora has what Ulta doesn’t. I’m literally going there to buy makeup- I shouldn’t have to have a full face of it on to be helped.
