    I had some technical issues with my app and Nikki took the time out of her day to reach out to customer support to get this resolved. She even called to let me know everything was working again! All the managers and staff are lovely and definitely very helpful. Highly recommend shopping here, you will feel taken care of! 😊

    My got to for all beauty items. The ladies help make great recommendations and find all the items I can’t. They always offer and educate on the lasts deals and new products. Kit is my girl but they all are terrific there. Any beauty pro needs to make this a regular stop.

    I’m a customer of Salon Centric since 2014. Usually I go to the UTC location but today I had to go into this store. It was absolutely horrible and disgusting experience. I’m not going to write down the whole story but the customer service in this store is awful. At the check out was a woman, (named Molly) is extremely Unprofessional and Unbelievably Rude. A Super Nasty Individual. You should be ashamed. I will definitely call to corporate customer service regarding her. Shame on you Molly.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
