  Stephanie was amazing at piercing my ear. I did needle piercing, and let me tell you it didn’t hurt one little bit. Stephanie is quick and accurate. She explained what I must do to keep my ears from being infected. I highly recommend going to Rowan to get your piercings done. Especially by Stephanie.

  It’s great that other people had a good experience here, but unfortunately we did not. Back in August I took my daughter here to get her ears pierced. When we got there I was told due to her age that they had to use a hand gun but that it wasn’t like other piercing guns (which now I know is not true). My daughter didn’t flinch or move at all. She was very excited. They had two people pierce her at the same time. Unfortunately one of the holes was way off, not even touching the marker spot. At this point it became traumatic for my daughter because they had to remove the earring and repierce. I honestly couldn’t tell that it was fixed but they mentioned it being swollen and just due to her ear lobe shape. They were very nice and apologetic, but I could tell that there was some inexperience involved. Here we are several months later and I’ve decided to remove her earrings. I tried to convince myself her left earring wasn’t off centered but it definitely is and it is STILL bleeding (from what I’ve researched it’s because it was pierced twice). We will now be waiting for them to fully heal and go somewhere better. I just wish this was a better milestone experience for my daughter and me. I’m worried now she will freak out and not want them pierced again because of this. I’d recommend people do not ever get a piercing with a piercing gun, even if they say it is “hand powered”. Every one I’ve spoken to has told me that is still not good and should not be the used method.

  Very professional and clean environment, Jill was amazing and helped me change jewelry as well as open old piercings. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to get me exactly what I wanted. They had a lovely selection a some very unique pieces to choose from. I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a new piercing or just to freshen up their look.
