- AKAli Kaiser4 days ago5.0If you’re looking into getting your ears pierced professionally, I highly recommend getting them pierced at Rowan, and the fact that you have a nurse do them for you is a great idea, because not only are they are knowledgeable with the anatomy of your ears but also the appropriate placements for the piercing you chose to get! I had booked an appointment online to have a helix piercing done at the UTC mall in Sarasota. It was a very phenomenal experience and I was greeted by nice and friendly staff and they were kind and patient when helping me choosing the right jewelry for the piercing I wished to get and have placed depending on my ear anatomy. Jill has done an amazing job on doing a hidden helix piercing for me, and I am so obsessed with how it turned out in the end! The pain I felt was about a 5/10 but it was so worth it! Thank you so much Jill for my new and unique ear makeover! I can’t wait to come back next time for a new ear piercing if I wish to get something else done!🥰❤️

Coming from someone scared of needles, Rowan was wonderful. Hands down the best piercing I’ve ever gotten, and the cleanliest too. I was so impressed with Elise, her precision, and her thoughtfulness. I met April too, who helped walk us through aftercare and ensure we were well taken care of. We were encouraged to get the medical grade cleaner and my ear feels great. The best ever☺️!!!

Elise is a registered nurse that took every precaution for safety and sanitization. There’s no place that beats Rowan!!! The piercing itself was quick, but thoughtful and precise. April was very helpful and informative during our visit. She gave careful aftercare instructions and recommended their medical grade aftercare. Only twice a day spray. So easy! So grateful for Rowan & our new favorite go-to place for piercing by nurses.

Being from New England, I had never heard of Rowan, but as we walked past this beautiful location, I simply couldn’t resist the urge. Nurses doing your piercings?! Pretty cool idea! We were greeted immediately by the wonderful Elise. She had a great smile, vibe, and made me feel so comfortable! Her knowledge is extensive and she really assisted me in choosing the correct earrings for the look I wanted (14k gold faux diamond studs). They have such a beautiful selection! The piercing was quick and painless, and the overall energy from all the staff was so professional, and fun! I will definitely be back again when we return to visit FL, and will recommend to friends and family! :) Thanks again Elise!

The entire vibe of the place is awesome and the staff there are so amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. My daughter got her ears pierced with the device and she chose pretty pink flower earrings. I highly recommend Rowan over any of the other places that pierce ears. They took the time to reassure her and talk her through every step. The placement of the marker dots were perfect on the very first try. Everything was such a great experience. Thank you Rowan for making my daughter so happy! She loves her new ear bling!!
