  I came in to buy a hand cream, pretty simple. She showed me the “strongest cream” and it was a foot balm. Ok that’s not really the vibe I am going for. So I bought the strongest… HAND cream. Then I asked about some moisturizers and she showed me three and had me try them. WITHOUT INFORMING ME THEY HAD RETINOL! so as a pregnant woman I can’t use retinol. It causes birth defects. I got home and used a sample she sent me home with and looked up ingredients because it smelled like sunscreen. It was retinol! It’s amazing that you can work in such a small store with only 100 products and not know what is in them! I work in a store with hundreds if not thousands or at least will check before offering someone a foot cream for their hands and a retinol when they are visibly a pregnant woman. Even without having a discussion about their pregnancy. So thanks I’ve slathered my hands and face in retinol. Management needs to educate these workers!

  Marcelo is an awesome person and store manager. I highly recommend you stop in his store! Friendly and courteous staff! A very organized and well-run store!

  Such a lovely French boutique for gifts for mother's day, Christmas, and Birthdays. Everything is made in France and the shea butter in all the lotions is grown and harvested fair trade in Africa. The lavender is grown in Provence and the immoretelle is grown in Corsica. The store is warm and inviting and Marcelo the store manager was incredibly knowledgeable about the brand and the products. Robert and Jackie were also very kind and helpful. They do complementary gift boxing as well. I love supporting natural products! The Almond shower oil is a favorite for sure! Bring in an empty beauty container for 10% off!!

  Marcelo was super sweet and very helpful during my visit! He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. His kindness and professionalism made my shopping experience even better, I’ll definitely be coming back.

  I purchased an online order for pick up and received a confirmation email. I never received an email alerting me that it was ready so after 3 days, I decided to go in and check on it. I saw the item fully stocked so I presented my confirmation email in hopes of picking up my item. The sales associate stated that they don't do pick up in stores. I stated that they did because I have a confirmation. I proceeded to show her that the website does allow me to do so. That's when she changed her tune. She said that they do offer it but it was "too complicated" and she'll just ring me up now. I stated that money is already being held and her solution was for me to pay now and that I should call customer service to cancel existing order. Why would I pay again in hopes of a timely refund for an existing purchase?? Spoke to customer service, who was very apologetic and stated that they do offer the service and would be looking into it. However, I was told I'd be contacted by email within 24 hrs and it's been 3 business days. The sales associate either lacked the knowledge to perform her job or was being lazy. Either way, I will not be back to this location.
