  Walked in asking if anyone could do a simple conditioning treatment & blow dry was told to sit & wait that they only had 1 stylist but that she could do it. But I was left waiting while the hairstylist kept talking to her client long after they were done and I sat ignored. I mean she shouldve put the conditioner on me at least while i was sitting so long unattended.Finally after waiting over 45 minutes it was now too close to closing time so i left. would not go back.

  I was referred to this JCPenney salon from a neighbor. I had tried to highlight my own hair, messed up, I was so embarrassed! When I checked the ladies were so nice and friendly. Lilianne did partial highlight, toner, gloss, and fixed my hair!! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it! It was nice and quiet in the salon. Lilianne also ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. I booked appointments for my daughters and I will definitely be returning!

  DO NOT GO HERE! Worst place EVER! Terrible stylists, attitudes, and management. THEY DO NOT GIVE WHAT YOU ASK FOR! Prices online wrong! Price quoted on phone wrong since the stylist Pan had her "own prices" handwritten. Pan is the worst stylist I have encountered in my entire life! She pretends to listen but doesn't and does what she feels like vs what you ask for. Horrible stylist! Asked for highlights and a trim. They will not give you what you ask for! She had this idea to go "faster" by dying the top of my head only. I said absolutely not, highlights like I have, touched up. She said she would (liar) but instead she decided to dye the top of my head (never had me facing the mirror) and asked me AFTER starting it if it was what I wanted! I was horrified! I had already made it clear it was NOT! Very clear, but she did what she wanted, not what I asked for! Despite it being in the computer she did not give me a simple trim, saying I did not ask for it, um yes I did! Computer showed so. She wanted me to leave with wet unknown color as I could not undo what she started. She did not listen to a single thing! Roughest yanking and pulling, extremely painful. Left with a very sore neck and headache. Asked over 2 dozen times if she could be more gentle, she wasn't! Left with a wet head, no trim, and no idea what my hair looked like as they turned off the lights, saying it was closing time. BAD time management to put someone in front of me. Got to my car in tears. Dye all over my face that has taken all week to try to get off. ORANGE HAIR!! Uneven orange highlights and the top dyed a brownish orange color that does not match the rest of my hair at all. Was told the manager would call me and work on a fix. Natalie is the most unprofessional salon manager I have ever spoken with and should not be employed there. She was NEVER interested in fixing anything and said I had to have orange hair for a month once. Seriously! She called and did not leave a message after "investigating". Instead she did not realize she had not hung up (did not try to leave a message) and left a vile message unknowingly with disgusting language that lasted a minute and a half. Crude, unprofessional, obvious she was not going to keep her word from the nasty rant she was giving someone that could be heard on my voicemail. No interest in fixing the problem at all. DO NOT GO THERE! WORST PLACE AND EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEARTACHE!

  Hey, when someone with curly hair says just cut the ends off the back of my hair, just do that. OK? By the way, how pilled up were you?
