He cut my hair but didn’t actually do it correctly so they were still split ends and then I asked him to curl my hair and he got the biggest rod which did not curl nothing and there’s a smaller rod and I asked him to use a smaller one and he said no That he can’t do that because the biggest one is what they use. He also smell like sweat and cigarette smoke. I literally walked away shaking. Was crying and I called them and ask if I can come back and get my hair curled because I had told him that my hair is naturally very flat and straight, but he didn’t seem to care and he said that no he doesn’t have time so I went to Lockwood Ridge hair Cuttery and they did my hair for me so An hour appointment literally took like four hours, but Danielle from Ranch Lake Boulevard was so kind and sweet and did my hair for me. I also want to clarify that we are regulars at this location on cattleman and this has never happened. Very bad experience.
