He was very Pleasant and told me she had a cancellation and would be right with me. I showed Jessica a short piecey style I liked and she did a Fantastic job! She was so Personable and Kind. I Love my haircut and booked my next appointment, which I never do. Thank you for a great experience and the reasonable pricing!
- DLdayrin lopezDec 24, 20251.0Good luck, it all depends on who you get. I wasn't lucky, Heather is not a bad person but couldn't take any advise or comments the other stylists gave her. She might have been new, who knows, but I had never received such a bad blowout, than she was trying to do the curls with the iron and I tried helping by saying that maybe if she used another iron beacuse the one she was using had RUST AND HAIR STUCK ALL OVER IT!! I only mentioned the rust to not be rude and she just got offended anyways and said if I wanted my hair done by another person. Which I agreed to, but nobody was available at the moment. Another stylist kindly came over to give her his iron and curler but had to show her how to use them. Which i didnt mind, but she still didnt do it right. I was scared she was going to fry my hair off because with her iron my hair kept getting stuck which had never happened to me before. Then with the new iron she was graving to much hair. Anyways, I kindly asked her if she would let me show her how I do it and said that the tip they gave her before was great and showed her. Then she said okay I got it, obviously mad at me but I was just trying to help. She proceeded to do it wrong and then graved the blow dryer and started spraying me with something to avoid future freeze and blow dryed after to make it stick she said. I told her I would finish it at home, I just wanted to leave but she kept asking me for more time and after 20 minutes I paid and left. With no curls because even though she offered I was scared already and had been there for 2 hours. Another stylist kindly said she would do it but they closed in 5 minutes and I honestly didn't feel comfortable anymore. I left and fixed my hair once I got home. Not going there again.
